I agree. I believe the founder of an idea is the best person to evolve it all the way to its maturity. Google, Microsoft and Facebook are clear proves of this. Furthermore, an intelligent team on board increases research and innovation potential of the company.
They way Bill Gates once said that if you hire all best people, they’ll also hire best people. But if you hire average people, they’ll hire the below average people and then it’s all over.

I absolutely agree with this. Engineer is the career that I have pursued for a long time.

I also agree, engineers are definitely the new currency. If your an engineer, how do you get become high priced currency and get into those key positions?
