Silicon Vally investor discusses keys to good investment companies: “Engineers are the new currency… having the right engineers that can innovate and deliver is absolutely vital to success… It takes a great team to help the entrepreneur develop”

The video also makes the point that what separates Silicon Valley is the engineering talent.

    I agree. I believe the founder of an idea is the best person to evolve it all the way to its maturity. Google, Microsoft and Facebook are clear proves of this. Furthermore, an intelligent team on board increases research and innovation potential of the company.

    They way Bill Gates once said that if you hire all best people, they’ll also hire best people. But if you hire average people, they’ll hire the below average people and then it’s all over.

    I also agree, engineers are definitely the new currency. If your an engineer, how do you get become high priced currency and get into those key positions? The answer is NOT job listings, it is career networking. You can find the process and tools to help you with how to leverage your engineering talent into those key positions at jobsquared.
