Super Awesome Micro Project – Full Size Lego Car
Posted on July 24, 2016 Comments (6)
Here is an interview with Steve Sammartino (Australia) and Raul Oaida (Romania) on their efforts to build the car. The project built a fullsize car out of lego ($60,000 worth of legos) with a lego engine that works on air. It really is an interesting interview.
In the interview they mentioned they have reached up to 25 km/hour and believe it will reach 40 km/hour.
And here is a video on their earlier “Lego Space Shuttle” (that reached a max altitude of 35,000 meters).

Great article! Who hasn’t wanted to build something totally full size and functional with Legos?!

Okay, that car is very cool. I can’t say that spending $60K on the project was a great idea but if you have the money to burn, why not.
