The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear.</description>

		<description>He is partially right about the 6 months. It comes down to intensity of our workouts and the strictness of our diets.  I was always skeptical of the before and after pictures of people after 12 week type of body transformation contest but I can tell you, I did it in 12 weeks. i let myself go in the beginning and in 12 weeks, lost 26lbs, 6 inches in my waiste and put on about 10 lbs of muscle.  it shocked me and  i was in my mid 20&#039;s at the time. 

now for the new year and after getting married this year and now in my early 40&#039;s, I am attempting the same again.</description>
